The Xtend Barre workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates.
We offer a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast!
Classes will be multi leveled, geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness background. Beginners will quickly find their groove thanks to our dedicated instructors, and advanced clients will also love how Xtend Barre pushes them to the extreme.

Samantha Rabon - Owner/Instructor
Samantha Rabon was a professional dancer for 15 years, spending 12 years at the Moulin Rouge starring as one of the two lead soloists at the famous cabaret in Paris. Sam was introduced to the healing qualities of Pilates through the demands of being a professional dancer, including numerous injuries and repetitive strains. Pilates allowed her to heal faster and work smarter to remain injury-free.
After having her 2nd child she discovered Xtend Barre and was totally hooked. Xtend’s combination of gracefulness in dance mixed with fitness challenges appealed to Sam’s dancer background. After just a few weeks of practicing Xtend, Sam was amazed to see how her body transformed so quickly; she saw longer, leaner and stronger muscles in classes that paid attention to form, control and flow.
Being certified in Pilates + Xtend Barre + TRX has given her the tools to teach people how to change their body through movement and challenge. Sam is containing her studies by learning nutrition as it’s clear that all of these elements combined are the building blocks to a healthier + happier lifestyle.
After moving to Los Angeles just 6 months ago she is excited to be launching the first free standing Xtend Barre studio in West Hollywood.

Brooke - Instructor
Brooke began dancing at age 3, also a child model and actress since the age of 8 in her hometown of Sydney, Australia, appearing on Australia's Most Wanted, Home & Away and in several print campaigns. At 17 she started her professional dance career cruising the Mediterranean on a Princess Cruise Ship. After auditioning for the Moulin Rouge in Paris, she found her calling as a showgirl where she continued for 5 years as a Soloist and Principal dancer in the show "Feerie". Also modeling for Toni & Guy, Miki Moto and touring with the Moulin Rouge, performing the famous Can Can in Canton, China. Brooke was one of 6 girls who were followed for a popular Australian documentary, “Moulin Rouge Girls” which was nominated for a Logie Award in Australia for Best Documentary.
In Paris, Brooke started studying acting where she fell in love with the art and decided to move to New York to pursue her studies, studying at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She also studied Improv at UCB and P.I.T Improv Theatre's. In New York she also won the lead role in the independent short "Change of a Dress".
After moving to Los Angeles to continue her acting, she also found her interest in Pilates and yoga and decided to get involved in the fitness industry. Xtend Barre was a perfect fit for Brooke with her dance background and new found love of fitness. With Xtend Barre now in LA she has been training and studying the technique with great enthusiasm and excited to be a part of the Xtend Barre LA team.
Tahyna - Instructor
Tahyna Tozzi is an Australian Actress and performer who has been living in the United States for the past four years. In between various film and theatre work Tahyna has been building her education about the human body and health practices. Tahyna has trained extensively in martial arts, yoga, Pilates and dance all her life. In an effort to further her education of the body and exercise connection, she discovered Xtend Barre and was hooked!! Tahyna is also a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and loves the concept of bio - individuality and changing one's body through the right exercise and right diet. She looks forward to incorporating all her knowledge with students and clients in a fun and positive way.
Amy - Instructor
Amy has always had a passion for fitness, starting an active lifestyle at the tender age of 7, when she started dancing. Her love of dance led her to perform with The Premier State Ballet Company, then went on to join the cast of The Lion King musical in Australia. She has since travelled all over, performing as a professional vocalist, dancer and actress. Amy based herself in London while she pursued her career on the West End Stage, and became Dance Captain, leading the cast in the musical Priscilla Queen of The Desert. It was in this time she discovered her joy for teaching. Having most recently moved to Los Angeles to continue her journey in the arts, Amy has found a new love for yoga and pilates. She is so happy to be a part of the Xtend Barre team, and can’t think of a better way to combine her passion of all things dance. She is so excited to help people achieve their personal goals. Prepare to work hard and walk away feeling transformed.
Caitlin - Instructor
Caitlin Gold is an LA based actress originally from Arlington, VA. She began as a competitive gymnast at the age of 6 and by the age of 13 began pursuing ballet as well. She trained at the Center Dance Company and the North Carolina School of the Arts for ballet. Caitlin’s love of performing took her to New York City, where she studied acting at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After booking roles in film and TV in New York, she decided to take the plunge and move to LA. After (literally) stumbling into an Xtend Barre class, Caitlin knew that this was the answer she had been looking for to bring her back to her dance and fitness roots. She loves being a part of the Xtend Barre team and can’t wait to share her passion with others!
Shane - Instructor
Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia Shane is an energetic Dancer and Acrobat that has a passion for fitness to stay at the top of his game. Shane has spent most of his professional career working in Europe, where he’s danced for former spice girls, Mel C and Victoria Beckham, he was a Contestant on “So you think you can dance” a soloist dancer at the world famous Bal du Moulin Rouge in Paris, and has been featured in VOGUE magazine.
Shane is now excited to call LA home and to be teaching Xtend Barre. He looks forward to sharing all his fitness secrets from years of experience so you too can feel and look like a dancer.
Michelle - Instructor
Michelle is gonna make you sweat like a world-class ballerina and shape your booty like Michelangelo as she sculpts your body to its most beautiful form. Don't let her humble Sydney, Australia roots fool you, her advanced degree in Classical Ballet with the Australian Royal Academy of Dance and a total, lifelong commitment to health and fitness has rendered her a passionate follower of the Xtend Barre method. As a certified Xtend Barre instructor, she will convert even the staunchest non-believers to this new, incredible body-changing training method. What's to boot is Michelle's track-record internationally as a choreographer, dancer and singer, working with the likes of Elton John, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Jason Alexander ('George' from NBC's Seinfeld), Ariana Grande ('Cat' from Nickelodeon's Victorious) and Eric McCormack ('Will' from NBC's Will and Grace) just to name a few.

Rebecca - Instructor
Rebecca is a Rancho Cucamonga native and has been dancing since the age of 6. She has danced ballet professionally since 2008 and has had many performance opportunities in ballets such as The Nutcracker, Giselle, Serenade, Coppelia, Dracula, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid. Her serious study of ballet in the Inland Empire and around the country has led to discipline, and interest in overall health, fitness, and well-being. She is currently furthering her education and studying nutrition. She found Xtend Barre and instantly fell in love. It is the combination of her two passions, ballet and fitness, and she instantly felt physical results after only a few classes. After teaching ballet for 2 years around the Inland Empire, Rebecca is moving towards the fitness industry and loves teaching Xtend Barre. She is excited to help clients achieve their fitness and health goals with this graceful, high cardio, and low impact workout. She says, "I'm so excited to be here in West Hollywood and I'm thrilled to help you reach your fitness goals and feel long and lean after this fun and amazing 55 minute workout."
Frances - Instructor
Frances is ready to show you how yoga is the perfect combination of dance and fitness with a touch of Zen! A graduate from the University of Central Florida, her passion for dance and well-being launched her career as a dancer, model, and fitness and yoga instructor. She has danced professionally in Orlando, New York City and Phoenix, and was Dance Captain for Celebrity Cruises. In Phoenix she obtained her certification as yoga instructor, and she discovered the satisfaction of sharing the nourishment that yoga provides body, mind and soul. Nothing thrills her more than helping others go beyond their physical and mental blocks in order to better understand their bodies and what they are capable of.
Frances’ journeys have brought her to LA, where she has excelled as a fitness instructor and has participated in various fitness video projects and commercials. She’s excited to be a part of the Xtend Barre Team and be able to share her love of yoga.
