Xtend Barre Creator Andrea Rogers, a former professional dancer and Pilates instructor, believes in the importance of balancing mind and body. Her vision for Xtend Barre was to grow an organizaton of Xtend Barre studio owners that are able to “xtend” this important mind/body connection to their instructors, clients, friends and families.

The Xtend Barre studio owner falls in love with the workout first and foremost, for the way it makes her look and feel: lean, strong and healthy. Then she falls in love with her work life. The hours are flexible, the work attire is comfortable, she gets to workout at work, and the interaction with trainers and clients is rewarding and inspirational.
